Our Academy of Chocolate Award winning bar made with real sourdough bread from Margot Bakery in East Finchley.
We toast the bread and add it into the melanger with Nicaraguan cocoa beans and unrefined cane sugar. The result is a deliciously unusual chocolate which, thanks to the citrus flavour notes in the cocoa, has a flavour reminiscent of toast & marmalade.
Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Unrefined Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Toasted Sourdough Bread, Sunflower Lecithin. Min Cocoa Solids 70%.
