Couverture Chocolate

Our couverture chocolate is designed for chocolatiers, bakers and pastry chefs and is made from the bean in our Islington workshop. It comes in convenient 500g blocks, either tempered or untempered.

We currently have  our Madagascar Dark 70%, Madagascar Milk 50% and Angel Bar blend chocolates available as couverture.

Madagascar Dark 70%
An intense and fruity dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Organic Cocoa Beans, Unrefined Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin. Min cocoa solids 70%.

Madagascar Milk 50%
Rich and creamy dark milk chocolate with a fruity edge.
Ingredients:
 Organic Cocoa Beans, Unrefined Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Organic Milk Powder, Sunflower Lecithin. Min cocoa solids 50%. Min milk solids 10%.

Angel Blend Dark 65%
A sweet and subtly fruity dark chocolate blend.
Ingredients: Organic Cocoa Beans, Unrefined Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin. Min cocoa solids 65%.
