Whisky & Cream - Barrel Aged Creamy Milk Chocolate
This unusual chocolate is made with creamy milk chocolate that has been left to age with wood from Glen Garioch whisky barrels. Being in the presence of this strongly aromatic wood is enough to impart a rich whisky flavour on the chocolate.
The chocolate itself is made with cocoa beans from Trinidad and a generous helping of buffalo milk from Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire. The emphasis is on the creaminess, with the fantastic cocoa beans providing a subtle chocolate flavour with gentle floral notes.
